Industrial Painting at AH Garner

In order to supply a high-quality finished product, we have invested in our own on-site painting service to complement our hydraulic rams. This allows us to streamline the manufacturing process and deliver a completed component which is ready for installation with minimal turnaround times.

Our specialist conveyorised paint booth has the capacity to paint up to ten cylinders at once using a wet spray 2-pack system. This paint system is extremely hard-wearing and highly resistant to weathering, allowing our cylinders to maintain their colour and smooth finish for many years.

Following this, parts move through a curing oven to dry and harden the paint surface before being tested, packaged and dispatched.
