With a dedicated quality control department, alongside a team of time-served engineers, we are proud of our reputation for exceptional standards; ensuring our products, procedures and customer aftercare are of a consistently high calibre. Some of our quality management procedures include:
- Assembly areas segregated from the main production facility
- All hydraulic cylinders are pressure tested before release
- 3D model of the component using our Solidworks CAD system with optional prototyping
- Scheduling of materials and manufacturing is controlled using Visual Enterprise – our high-end ERP system
