The Customer Journey

At AH Garner, the customer typically comes to us with an outline specification explaining their needs.

At this stage, AH Garner can provide a quote for the required work, and produce the customer a 3D model of the component using ourSolidworks CAD system.

The customer now has the option of taking the Solidworks model into their own full product, this way they can check the workability of the component and suggest any necessary changes. As can be seen in this example, any problems that hinder the operation of the final assembly can be highighted and avoided.

Now the customer has the option of a prototype, or the order can go straight into production. Either way, at the final stage a technical drawing is produced before the part goes into production.

After a smooth manufacturing process, the part goes through rigorous testing to ensure its suitability. It´s then painted – if required – and immediately delivered as part of its full batch.
